Sympathetic and professional lawyer for my Mother’s Bankruptcy filing
My mother was 90 years old at the time and suffered from severe Dementia. Her care exceeded my ability to pay her financial obligations. Robert was very sympathetic and helped file Mom’s bankruptcy petition about 9 months ago. Robert was very professional…was able to advance the proceedings quickly since my Mom was mentally unable to meet all the bankruptcy requirements of the State; for example she no longer was able to communicate and with Robert’s help I was able to get the proper paperwork from her doctor and hospice professionals to satisfy the State’s requirements. His clear explanations of each step made this otherwise difficult decision less stressful.
